Scholar Supply Co. operates an online store at scholarsupplyco.com through which products may be purchased directly. Purchases through the Shopify store are governed by these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure; Scholar Supply Co. does not store payment card details.
Invoice-Based Institutional Procurement
Schools and educational institutions may engage Scholar Supply Co. through a purchase order and invoice process. Institutional orders are confirmed in writing, and fulfillment is subject to agreed pricing, delivery terms, and payment schedules. Submission of an inquiry form on this website does not constitute a binding order; a confirmed purchase order or written agreement is required.
Branded & Logo Items — All Sales Final
Any product bearing Scholar Supply Co., Essential Supply Group™, or school/institution-specific branding is final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available for branded items regardless of condition. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all branding specifications prior to order confirmation.

Purchase of curriculum materials grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials within the purchasing institution only.
- Curriculum materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, or adapted without express written permission from Scholar Supply Co.
- Digital or downloadable curriculum content may not be shared beyond the licensed institution
- School-wide or district-wide use requires a separate licensing agreement
